Week 5

This week we look at css coding or cascading style sheets. It was an extremely fun and interesting class as after all the weeks of learning how to write a page I can now style one. We messed around with background pictures, picture movement, manipulating paragraph color, creating initial caps and a few other things to do with css coding. The final project is coming along alright even though I'm running into some difficulty which is proving deterring. Still having fun with the class and looking forward to the next one.

week 4

This week was our first in class test and it went well, a few questions had me second guessing myself but I got a good grade none the less. After the exam we started to look at css style sheets, I found this class fun as for once I was manageing on my own. We looked at adding background color to a webpage and dividing a webpage up into sections. The class went pretty well and I felt less like crying this time around. Looking forward to messing around with my new knowledge of the program through out the week.

WEEK 3

Well this week we looked at some new aspects of webpage layout, and truthfully i was lost through out most of the class but trying hard to keep up. In this class we looked at linking pages adding email addresses and external webpage addresses to a page. We also looked at adding images to a webpage and linking them to other pages. The in class assignment was at first confusing but when I sat and thought about it for about 15 minutes the least, i managed to figure it out making myself pretty proud. The final task of linking photos to a perviously created webpage is something i still haven't managed to do, but I'll continue to work at it.

p.s - i think I'm getting better at this already.
